"A church on every corner..." This is a typical observation in many US cities, including the Kansas City area. They come in all shapes and sizes - rented shopping areas in strip malls, school gymnasiums, homes, small church buildings, giant church buildings, traditional, contemporary, and on and on.
Drive by them, and you will see signs that advertise events of as many shapes and sizes as the churches hosting them.
